RETURNS & SHIPPING
We offer a refund for return of an item purchased from us, with the following
conditions.
Timeframe
- You must submit a return request within 14 calendar days (inclusive) from the date of delivery.
- After receiving the prepaid post label from us the item must be posted within 7 days.
Condition of the item
- Is in original saleable condition: all original tags & labels, clearly
unworn, unmarked, and unused.
Postage fees
- The return postage is pre-paid but the cost to return an item is deducted from the available refund per item.
- The postage cost is specified in the email after you request a refund. In general it ranges between $12-$15 per item Australia wide.
- If a item(s) are faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, you will be sent a return postage label covered by Alabaster The Label
Exceptions
- Clearance stock or items from our clearance stock are not refundable.
- An exchange for another available clearance item may be considered.
- Postage fees are to covered by the customer.
If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Alabaster The Label reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items.
There is a 'request a return' form on this website.
We will respond to your request within 48 hours and most of the time wthin 24 hours.

- Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours.
- A tracking number will be emailed to you when the item has been shipped.
- The time it takes to arrive depends on where you are. It 2-5 business days with standard Australia post. 1-2 days via express post.
