AUSTRALIA WIDE

We offer FREE standard delivery on most orders, with the exception of clearance stock.

Your order will be shipped within 24 hours, arriving within 3-5 business days for most locations.

*Alabaster is not responsible for any delays caused by Australia Post, especially during high volume seasons.

Standard post parcels include authority to leave at a "safe place" for the parcel.  If you would like signature on delivery you must indicate this with your order.   A small additional fee may apply.

$7 Express shipping applies to most orders, your order will be received within 1-2 business days for most locations.

If you are exchanging an item the 2nd item may be shipped with a small additional fee.

New Zealand: $7 flat rate standard shipping per item.  Delivery time 5-7 business days.
$15 express shipping per item, delivery time 2-3 business days.
