OUR RETURN POLICY

There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return.

RETURNS POLICY CONDITIONS
If you have changed your mind on a purchase (excl. clearance stock) we will exchange your item, or refund your original method of payment provided that:

  • You return the item within 21 calendar days (inclusive) from the tracked date of delivery
  • You complete our return request form online.
  • The item is in original saleable condition: 
- With all original tags & labels, clearly unworn, unmarked and unused.
  • A  copy of your returns form is completed and accompanies your returning item(s)

If you are not able to comply with these requirements, Alabaster The Label reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items.



CLEARANCE ITEMS
Clearance items cannot be refunded except where the item is faulty or defective.  Exchange for another clearance item may be considered.  Please contact us about your order if you would like this to be considered.

POSTAGE COST OF RETURNS

Return postage costs will be covered by the customer unless the item(s) are faulty or not as ordered.  In this instance, you will be sent a return postage label covered by Alabaster The Label  

If you selected Free Express Shipping on your order, please note the postage cost will be debited from your final refund amount.

THE ICONIC
Alabaster The Label items purchased on The Iconic website cannot be returned to Alabaster The Label, items must be returned as per The Iconic's returns policy.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Please contact our customer service team who will advise you on the action required for returns.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS                                                                           It is highly unlikely that you would receive a faulty item as each order is individually checked and packed at the time of sale. 

Should you receive a faulty item or an incorrect item, you must contact us within 24 hours with evidence of the defect.  To report a fault of incorrect item please email:  sales@alabasterthelabel.   We will instruct you on how to return the item, organise prepaid postage and the next steps in receiving a refund for your purchase.

RETURN POSTAGE DISCLAIMER
Please securely pack and return your parcel with paperwork via registered Australia Post and track your item.   Returns are at the risk and responsibility of the purchaser until received by Alabaster The Label.  All refunds will be processed using your original payment method.
